> Who am I ?DDuluc-MiniCV

I am a researcher of the Larmonier’s group involved in projects that aim to define the role of some immune cell populations in tumor progression. I am also a teacher particularly involved in teaching Immunology to students in the Pharmacy department of the University of Bordeaux.

> My Projects

The main project I am supervising aims to decipher the role of T cells in the progession of chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is characterized by a clonal proliferation of mature B cells. Immune cells such as T helper lymphocytes and their interactions with cancer cells may significantly contribute to the physiopathology of CLL. Our work focus mainly of the role of T follicular helper cells which are essential for B cell activation. We also evaluate the immunomodulatory effects of ibrutinib, an inhibitor of the Bruton’s tyrosine kinase approved for CLL treatment which may also impact interleukin-associated T-cell kinases involved in immune cells function.
